Quality, Assurance and Delivery

BMComposites employs over 40 staff, comprising of project managers, designers and composite technicians steeped in a history of composite boat building and repair.  Since founding the company in 2005, BMComposites has undertaken over 15,000 refit and repair projects. Throughout this time, we have navigated many intriguing challenges and unique requests, refining our problem-solving skills and solution-finding abilities along the way.

The BMComposites headquarters is based in STP in Palma Mallorca at the centre of the largest superyacht refit industry in the Mediterranean.  Its custom-built manufacturing facilities are situated a short distance away on the outskirts of Palma.

The production team leverages cutting-edge cloud-based project management systems for meticulous tracking of its refit programmes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the management team benefits from access to daily time and progress reports, enabling us to furnish clients with a comprehensive overview of the project’s status.

Recognising the importance of meticulous organisation, we strive to enhance the experience for captains and management companies alike, contributing to the overall success of each refit project.
