Coral Ocean
73m Motor Yacht | Lürssen
A 140m² carbon fibre sky lounge replacing the old satellite dome deck — built off-site in three sections and installed in two days with no hot works.
Polar Star
63m Motor Yacht | Lürssen
A 60m² carbon fibre hardtop 17m above the waterline, where aluminium was ruled out on stability grounds, with dining, bar and an eight-person jacuzzi beneath.
Bullitt
28m Sailing Yacht | Wally
A fully automated four-tank water ballast system moving several tonnes between sides in under six seconds. Bullitt won IRC 1 and overall at the 2023 Rolex Middle Sea Race.
M5
78m Sailing Yacht | Vosper Thornycroft
Three carbon fibre hardtops with electrically operated slide-out sunroofs and two custom helm consoles, replacing M5’s original steel tube and canvas biminis.
Galateia
30m Sailing Yacht | WallyCento
A four-tank water ballast system transferring several tonnes side to side in around five seconds, plus a sliding foredeck hatch and sail take-down system. First at PalmaVela 2023.
Athos
62m Sailing Yacht | Holland Jachtbouw
Three carbon fibre deck hatches over 4.5m long, replacing aluminium originals that were overloading their hardware. Athos took Best Refitted Yacht at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards.
Black Sails
40m Sailing Yacht | Wally
Two clear-coated carbon fibre helm console modules with back-lit trim lines, achieved by inlaying laser wire into the laminate during manufacture.
Velsheda
39m J Class Sailing Yacht | Camper & Nicholsons
The old plywood subdeck replaced with a lightweight composite deck lining system, several hundred deck fittings logged, removed and reinstated in phases, ready for her 90th birthday launch.
