Design & Engineering

Our in-house design department comprises four full-time designers and naval engineers, overseen by a management team of experienced technical project managers.

Using the latest 3D CAD software and high-accuracy 3D scanning, we design custom structural and cosmetic carbon-fibre/composite components, ready for visualisation and testing prior to manufacture. The same 3D CAD data is then used to generate highly accurate tooling in which the components are manufactured.  

Our design and production processes reduce weight and cost compared to aluminium fabrication and, by 3D-scanning a yacht at the start of the project, the parts can be manufactured off-site and subsequently delivered worldwide for rapid installation, without the need for hot works or painting onboard.
